We specialise in full timber stairs, with a modern design using stunning pieces of wood for every part. We can build your staircase in Elm, Beech or Oak sourced sustainably from the Highlands. We can replace an existing staircase in your home, or work with you as you build or renovate your home.

A staircase has to be very well seasoned, and each piece of timber robust and durable. There will be many parts of the trees we use that will not be suitable and these pieces will be used for our small projects. Early on we will purchase logs and do the first milling process to get the wood seasoning. A project this big means we won’t have spare seasoned timber in the store, so we will have to select trees, mill, air-dry and plane until we have a finished product. It will be a slow but special process - we’ll keep you updated at all stages.

When the timber is seasoned we will start work on crafting all the pieces. We will bring the stairs to you and install them into your house, using high quality steel fixings covered with wood plugs.
